Does MedicAlert help with AirTag set up?
MedicAlert can answer basic questions about set up, but additional help for AirTag setup and troubleshooting are supported directly by Apple.

Does the AirTag work with Android devices?
No. Apple AirTag pairing and tracking only work with iOS devices. You’ll need an iPhone, iPad or Mac to set up and manage your AirTag.
Can MedicAlert see my location information?
No. MedicAlert does not have access to location information. We do not collect, store, or share your real-time location.
Likewise, AirTag’s end-to-end data encryption even prevents Apple from seeing or storing your location information. The only people who have access are the ones you choose to share it with.
Are there any ethical or legal concerns of using an AirTag for tracking?
Yes. You should only use the tracker when you have the wearer’s full consent. Tracking someone without their knowledge can be illegal.
