Scan for medical info. Locate instantly.

Peace of mind, always.

It's more than an ID.

It's a lifeline.

The new QR Code Medical ID with Location Tracker brings two great ideas together for all-in-one protection.

In an emergency, you get 70 years of MedicAlert’s trusted protection, and the security of location finding via the Apple AirTag® network, or the Motorola Moto Tag and the Google Find Hub network.

It's peace of mind when it matters most.

Created to protect the ones you love.

Peace of mind for parents and caregivers.

If you’re caring for someone with Alzheimers or a child with autism, you know the constant worry: “What if I’m not there to help?” Wandering is a common and dangerous behavior in people with cognitive disabilities, and one of the biggest fears for their families. The QR Code Medical ID with Location Tracker offers enhanced protection.

Be prepared for any emergency.

If your child or loved one wanders and is found by someone else, first responders can scan their QR code to access their MedicAlert digital health profile, emergency contacts and other important information.

Know where they are.

The ID has a secure compartment for a Motorolla tag or Apple AirTag. If your loved one wanders, you can find their location by using the Google Find Hub network on your Android device or Find My app on your Apple device.

Total control of location privacy.

Your loved one’s location data is private and encrypted. Neither Motorolla, Google, Apple or MedicAlert can access it.

Also protects people living with chronic or life-threatening medical conditions.

Whether you have epilepsy, diabetes, heart disease, adrenal insufficiency, or another condition that could cause sudden loss of consciousness, this all-in-one solution helps you get the care you need.

Scanning the QR code grants instant access to medical information like allergies, medications, etc. as well as emergency contacts.

Sharing the AirTag or Moto Tag's location with trusted contacts and loved ones ensures you won't be alone in an emergency situation.

This all-in-one solution combines medical ID protection and private location tracking in a single device that's always with you.

How does it work?

Find location fast with either the Motorola Moto Tag or Apple AirTag. Both solutions are anonymous and encrypted end-to-end, keeping your loved one’s information safe and private.

First responders connect instantly to MedicAlert via QR code. They get access to the wearer’s medical information right away so the patient gets fast, accurate care.

For Apple users, the AirTag leverages an encrypted network of iOS devices for secure, private location detection through the Find My app.

With the Motorola Moto Tag, Android devices can detect Bluetooth® signals from up to 100 meters via the Google Find Hub network, with only you able to see your device's location.
