Upon reviewing your child's EMIR® (Emergency Medical Information Record) for accuracy, our medical team will recommend the most effective engraving. MedicAlert Foundation® will personalize your child's medical ID with the most critical medical information and provide a unique MedicAlert member number. Beware of generic medical IDs, only authentic MedicAlert medical IDs with the words "MEDIC ALERT" use this review process.
