MedicAlert Foundation® provides free implanted device registry services to its members. With MedicAlert® membership, you can register and store additional health information including your medical device(s), immunization records, rare disease treatment instructions and protocols, and more.

With MedicAlert Foundation's registry services, you can expand your medical record and provide a more complex view of your health history. Trained MedicAlert staff can help you assess your medical history and log this vital information within our databases.
