The New Mexico Emergency Medical Services Bureau, Department of Health Emergency Management works in conjunction with other local, state, tribal and federal agencies and entities, and are taking the lead in health emergency preparedness, prevention, response and recovery; planning, training and education.
DNR or POLST Policy
MedicAlert Foundation will not engrave an ID without a signed and verified copy of DNR or POLST forms; on file and available to medical personnel when needed
