MedicAlert Foundation® is excited to reveal our website's new features and upgrades. The site has been transformed to enhance your member experience and offer the most dependable online services to meet the needs of you and your family. Because our new website implements heightened security features, your log-in and password information may need to be updated. Additionally, we have outlined answers to members' Frequently Asked Questions regarding the new site.

Log-In Protection

To provide greater protection of your personal information, our online system will no longer allow members to use their MedicAlert® ID number as their user name. If you have already created a user name that is not your member ID, then no further action is necessary. If you are a first time user - or have used your member ID number as your user name - you will be required to create a user name to access your information. Click here to create your new user name. Password Protection

If you have forgotten your password or need to create a new password, you may request a new password online. We will email a response to your request with a link to reset the password; this will be sent to the email address on your membership file. This process enhances the security of your information and ensures you are notified when a request is made to change your password. If you have not made a request to change your password, please notify us immediately so we may take steps to safeguard your information.  



Q: I’ve logged into my account and the formatting on my birthdate is confusing. How is it supposed to be configured?

A: ​Please make sure your birthdate is entered in the following format: MM/DD/YYYY

Q: I’m ordering a new bracelet and want to make sure that it fits properly. How do I size my wrist for my new MedicAlert ID?  

A: To accurately size your bracelet, use a tape measure and wrap it snugly around your wrist. Then, add half an inch for comfort.

Q: How do I locate my order history?

A: To view your order history, please log in to your web account. Once on the “Welcome” page, please click the “Manage My Account” link. You will be asked to log in again. Please log in again and click on the “My Orders” link. This wil allow you to view your full order history.

Q: How do I renew my membership online?

A: You can renew your membership by logging in to your web account. On the “Welcome” page, please click the red “Renew” button. Please note, three year renewal options are currently unavailable.
