    Anyone parent or guardian who needs to share critical medical information about their child in an emergency. You can't always be with your child, but MedicAlert can.

    Benefits of Membership

    With MedicAlert's Kid Smart service, emergency personnel will have immediate access to your child's medical information and personal health record in a medical emergency. Store everything from vaccinations to immunization records in one convenient and secure place. Our Emergency Response Team will provide accurate information directly to first responders in an emergency. Once treatment is underway, MedicAlert will notify you or other designated family members of an emergency with your child. As an added benefit, any time a lost child wearing a MedicAlert ID has been located or rescued, MedicAlert will contact you immediately.
