MedicAlert Emergency Medical ID Jewelry Warranty

• All MedicAlert IDs, chains, and attachments are warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:
  • normal wear
  • tarnishing or scratching of the ID, chain, and attachments
  • damage resulting from misuse or accidental handling
  • loss of any kind
• Bracelet chains are resized free of charge if sent back within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days a resizing fee will apply.
• If you report any skin reactions within 30 days of receipt, you may exchange the ID for something more suitable.
• The MedicAlert watch has a one-year warranty for engraving provided by MedicAlert Foundation and a limited five-year warranty for watch, bracelet, and components provided by The Citizen Watch Company.
