Find your local Alzheimer's Chapter. The Alzheimer's Association has a nationwide network of Chapters. Learn more about programs and services available in your area, including support groups and educational workshops.
Alzheimer’s Association CareFinder. If you or someone you care about has Alzheimer's disease, you need to find good care in your community. Since 1980, the Alzheimer's Association has provided support for people with this disease.
Senior Housing Finder. There may come a time when the person with Alzheimer's disease will need more care than can be provided at home. The individual may need to move into residential care, such as assisted living or a nursing home.
