MedicAlert Foundation depends on the generosity of our volunteers locally as well as nation-wide. The mission of MedicAlert is enhanced with the loyal support of the many volunteers who assist us.
Volunteer at MedicAlert headquarters
Local volunteers help MedicAlert Foundation distribute approximately 6 million applications and some 400,000 pieces of mail every year. Included are reorder forms, physician notification letters, and a variety of scheduled mailings.
Become a MedicAlert Ambassador
Over 300 member volunteers attend health fairs, distribute literature, and participate in disease-specific support groups. Ambassadors educate others on the value of MedicAlert and promote our lifesaving mission.
Advocate for MedicAlert
Advocates provide physicians, pharmacists, and medical professionals with the information and materials they need to recommend MedicAlert to their at-risk patients. They help create awareness about the need of additional emergency services in their local community.
