What is the current status of my Services?
A: To review your service plan status and term, you can first log-in to your personalized account where your active service dates will be displayed on the main screen. If you have any further questions our Technical Chat Representatives are available to assist you.

My services have expired, how do I renew?
A: Simply log-in to your secure account by clicking on the My MedicAlert tab and select the renew option.

I received a postcard telling me it is time to renew my services. How do I do that?
A: If you recently received a renewal reminder, postcard, letter or other communications reminding you of your renewal date or lapsed services status you can easily renew online. You can log-in to your account by clicking on the "My MedicAlert" navigation header. Once you are logged-in to your account, click the “Renew Now” link in the sidebar. Once you see your renewal option, click “Add to Cart” and then check-out.

If you have already renewed your services, please disregard your mailed notice. If you have already submitted payment, but have not received a receipt from us in the mail or email confirming your renewal, please contact us by email or chat and a specialist can confirm your status. Often times our outgoing reminders overlap with your incoming payments so we appreciate your understanding and encourage you to go online to renew for instant payment details and confirmation..

How much does MedicAlert cost?
A: We have many affordable options to meet every need. Our initial products start at $24.99 and include one-year of "My MedicAlert Services". These services are $24.99 per year, after the first year. We also offer additional upgraded service plans, these will be offered during your check-out process.

What type of customer am I?
A: To verify the type of services you have, and to ensure you are an active customer, you can log- in to your account online at any time. All details of your personal MedicAlert profile will display in your personalized records online. If you have any difficulties navigating the page you can choose to chat with our online specialists.
