How do I order additional fillable wallet cards?
A: To order an additional fillable wallet card, you can chat or email us to request one. You can also download a printable wallet card from your online account's home page.

How do I engrave?
A: Upon choosing an ID to purchase, you are able to select and customize your own engraving. You can also elect for MedicAlert to engrave on your behalf, based on the information you provided in your MedicAlert Health Record.

I am unable to update my medical information.
A: If unable to make updates to your medical information record online, first ensure that your services are active. If your service plan has lapsed, you can view your account; however you will not be able to update changes to your medical record until your services have been renewed. To successfully renew your service plan, log-into your account and click on the "renew services" button.

How do I update my MedicAlert Health Record?
A: In order to successfully update your personal MedicAlert Health Record, you will first need to log-in to your online MedicAlert account. Click on the My MedicAlert tab located within the main navigation. If you have yet to create an account, you'll need to click on the tab "Existing Customer-Create Username" to establish a username and password. Once this process is complete, you will be able to access your secure online account and update your MedicAlert Health Record.

How do I manage my emergency contacts?
A: As a MedicAlert customer, you have the ability to update your emergency contacts anytime online. Please log-in to your online MedicAlert account. From your personalized account homepage, click on the "emergency contacts" tab. Click "add new emergency contact" and then submit your contact's information.

How often can you update your medical condition?
A: Your MedicAlert service plan grants you 24/7 access to a personalized and secure online account. While maintaining an active status, you have the ability to update changes to your medical condition anytime online by clicking on the My MedicAlert tab.

A: Updating is quick and easy. Simply log-in by clicking on the My MedicAlert tab, located in the main navigation. You can then add any pertinent medical information to your new or existing MedicAlert Health Record.

A: Click the My MedicAlert tab in the main navigation to log-in to your online account. Once you are logged-in, you will be able to make any changes necessary to your personal medical information.

Can I change my user name?
A: Once a user name is chosen and assigned to you it cannot be changed online. If you have concerns regarding the user name on your file please contact our specialists by chat or email for options.

A: Click on the "My MedicAlert" tab in the main navigation, then select the "Forgot Password" tab found on the log-in screen.

How do I get a Customer ID to log in?
A: If you are a current or lapsed MedicAlert customer, your customer ID number can be found in a variety of places including your wallet card, ID products, and any purchase or renewal receipts sent from MedicAlert. If you have yet to become a MedicAlert customer, you will be sent a confirmation email with your personal customer number upon purchasing your product and services.
