Recognized as one of the top 100 global CDOs, a "Power-Lady" of the German economy, Moves Magazine 2017 Power Woman, and a leading Health Tech Influencer, Ms. Federer is adept at translating digital developments into meaningful advancements for business and society. Most recently, Federer was the Chief Digital Officer and Global Head of Digital Development at Bayer A.G. She previously held positions in Global Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Communications and Public Affairs, and at US DHHS-AHRQ. Federer is on the board of the m-Powering Development Advisory Board at the UN Agency for Information and Communications Technology (ITU). She earned a Bachelor of Science from the George Washington University, and a Master of Public Health from Yale.
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Ramirez ensures excellence across our platforms and systems. He manages skilled technical teams to design and deploy value-added solutions for the Foundation and is particularly effective in applying deep technical knowledge to maximize organizational performance and create competitive advantages that influence positive change across the business. Mr. Ramirez previously served in IT management roles for Foster Farms and earned his Bachelors of Science in Information Technology, along with his Master of Business Administration degree, from California State University, Stanislaus.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Graves is responsible for managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company including the development of financial and operational strategies. Utilizing key metrics tied to strategy and continual development and monitoring of controls, Mr. Graves ensures the preservation of foundation assets while accurately reporting financial results. He previously held financial management roles at Foster Farms and Barbosa, and earned his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from California State University, Stanislaus, and Masters of Business Administration degree from University of Phoenix.
Executive Vice President: Alliances, Education and Outreach
As Executive Vice President: Alliances, Education and Outreach, Mr. Noland works with leading partners in the public and private sector to provide MedicAlert services to increasingly more populations. He has taken insights and expertise developed over a career in marketing, branding, and digital engagement for Fortune 500 clients across a wide range of industries to strengthen, transform, and modernize the network of programs and services MedicAlert Foundation members rely upon. He has led an expansion of outreach and communications efforts to reestablish MedicAlert Foundation as the leading voice in emergency medical health information. Mr. Noland has solidified and expanded MedicAlert’s vast partner network and continues to provide steady leadership and direction towards mission focused responsibilities. Mr. Noland previously directed marketing and development efforts within the health products and services industry. Prior to that he focused on branding and digital marketing at a marketing agency with a wide range of consumer packaged goods clients. He earned his Bachelors of Arts from California State University Sacramento, along with his Master of Business Administration degree, from the University of California Berkeley.

Ms. Jervis was previously Chief Product Officer, CEO and Co-founder of openDr, a cloud-based enterprise platform designed to connect patients, physicians and staff with online appointments, registration and payments in real-time. Prior to co-founding openDr, she was Group Marketing Manager at Nestle Waters North America where she worked on the transformation and re-branding of the home and office delivery services as well as running Loyalty and Retention, Promotions and Product Plan Offerings for the North American subscription-based business. Previously, Ms. Jervis was at American Express for eight years where she held various marketing and product development leadership roles, her last being Vice President of US Marketing & Global Prepaid New Product Development. Ms. Jervis earned her Bachelors of Science in Finance and International Business from Fairfield University.
Head of Partnerships
As Director of Planning, at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Mr. Abraham led efforts to strengthen the technological and workforce capacity of clinical and community-based organizations to address the burden of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and mental illness experienced by New Yorkers. Abraham partnered closely with the Centers for Disease Control and New York State Department of Health to secure funding and evaluate the effectiveness of these interdisciplinary initiatives. Abraham began his public health career in clinical development at Bayer HealthCare, where he led change management initiatives. He earned his Bachelors of Arts in Molecular Biology from Coe College, and his Masters in Public Health from Columbia University.
Head of Communications
Kate is an accomplished global communications expert, storyteller and senior strategic thought leader with a track record of success in issues-based advocacy, cause marketing, branding, and reputation management for Fortune 500 companies and non-profits across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. Most recently, she has worked for leading communications agencies both in London and New York to deliver results for top global brands. She received her M.A. in Global Communication from the University of Southern California, Annenberg School for Communication, her M.Sc. in Global Media and Communication from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Virginia.
