How do I contact one of your International Offices?
MedicAlert has nine international affiliates to support our members. To contact one of our affiliates, visit our worldwide page and select the country you would like to contact. The link will take you directly to their respective website.
How do I include an attachment?
If you have a file to send us please attach it to an email and send it to customer_service@medicalert.org. Please include your name, member ID and the best time to contact you if we have questions.
What if I need assistance right now?

How quickly will I receive an answer to my question?
Due to the large volume of emails we receive, response time is currently 2 business days (excluding holidays). To help us respond to you quickly, please select the topic most relevant to your inquiry.
