Former hospital CEO and Nurse Executive, Senior Leadership at Siemens

Gail is a former hospital CEO and Nurse Executive, with more than thirty years experience in health care. She serves as an integral member of Siemens senior leadership team, working closely with clinical product developers, consultants, customers, industry experts and industry advisory groups to help drive the successful use of Siemens clinical IT solutions. Gail provides the strategic vision for Siemens clinical product development and consulting services in an effort to support clinical practice and the delivery of high quality patient-centered care. Gail has established a reputation as a respected thought leader and is an accomplished author, and speaker on health information technology and clinical practice.

Gail is a Board Member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) representing Region 2 and President of the Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders (PONL). She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (AAN) and a Johnson & Johnson Fellow from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She holds adjunct faculty appointments at Pennsylvania State University, College of Nursing and Loyola University, College of Nursing.

Gail received her master’s degree in nursing administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Pennsylvania State University.
