Cary Claiborne

Chief Financial Officer of Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Cary J. Claiborne is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Reckitt Benckiser, he had been CFO at Sucampo Pharmaceuticals as well as President, CEO, CFO and a member of the board of directors of New Generation Biofuels, Inc., of Columbia, Maryland, a publicly traded Biofuels technology company. From December 2004 to November 2007, Mr. Claiborne was Chief Financial Officer of Osiris Therapeutics, Inc, a NASDAQ listed stem cell therapeutic company. From December 2001 to June 2004, he was Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis of Constellation Energy Group, a diversified energy company. From April 2000 to November 2001, he was Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis of The Home Depot, Inc. From July 1997 to March 2000, he was Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis at MCI Corporation. Mr. Claiborne spent the first fifteen years of his career at GE, where he held a series of progressively more responsible positions in financial management and senior management, culminating in his last role there as President and CEO of New Enterprise Wholesale Services at GE Capital. Mr. Claiborne received a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers University and an MBA from Villanova University.
