MedicAlert Network Partners Warranty

The marketplace for health and medical IDs is changing rapidly, resulting in many medical ID companies and no standards to adhere to. MedicAlert Foundation has created a network of trusted medical ID and supply providers who follow our international code of conduct. These providers are featured in our catalog, but still adhere to their own warranties and procedures. Products sold by Network Partners are not fulfilled by MedicAlert, and any returns or grievances should be filed with our partner.

Hope Paige®

All products sold by Hope Paige Medical come with a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. When you receive your order, please review the items carefully for any defects or errors. The warranty does not include:

  • Repairs made by anyone other than our skilled jewelry team
  • Scratching or dents that come from everyday use
  • Lost/misplaced products
  • Change after order in engraving information.

Please double-check all spelling and engraving upon submission. We are not responsible for any misspelling or information incorrectly submitted.Engraved items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Hope Paige will replace all products that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects, this must be reported to them at 877-651-5186 within 7 days of receipt of the product. If a non-personalized item needs to be returned, it must be new and not worn. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

To return a product, call the Hope Paige office to receive a RMA number at 877-651-5186. Hope Paige will then work together with you on the refund or exchange of the product.


AllerMates products are covered against defects in materials or workmanship for 60 days from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover product that is damaged from normal wear, misuse, lost/misplaced. There are no expressed warranties except as listed above. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Please check your purchased items carefully for any defects or errors and report any issues to AllerMates® Customer Service as quickly as possible. Medicool Refund & Cancellation Policy

Any items ordered via can be cancelled before your order is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible after your order is placed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM at 800-433-2469.

After your order has been shipped you can return any item undamaged/unsoiled item with all original accessories and packaging for a full refund less shipping & handling within 30 days of the date the order was placed. Please contact customer service at 800-433-2469 for an RMA.
