Professional Development: Classroom Training
Our in-house training offers everything from technical courses to customer service scripting. All Member Service Associates participate in an intensive training program offered by our Corporate Training department to provide a world-class on-boarding experience for our new hires joining MedicAlert Foundation.
MedicAlert Foundation Communication and Learning Environments
- New Hire Orientation: Your first morning at MedicAlert Foundation will be spent in a morning session, learning about MedicAlert Foundation, while receiving on-boarding advice from our HR team.
