How do I get help with a medical alert system?
Using a Health Watch Medical Alert System is as easy as 1-2-3. A simple touch of a button brings immediate help to you 24 hours a day, every day. Here’s how you do it:
1. Call for help:
Whenever you need help, press the red button on your “Amie” Personal Alarm Transmitter Pendant or the Help Button on the Console unit. The Help Console unit sends a signal to the Response Center and establishes two-way voice communication. |

2. Professional answer:
In seconds, a professionally trained operator views your name, address and other vital information and asks what type of help you need. (If you cannot answer, help is sent immediately.) |

3. Appropriate response:
The operator contacts one of your Personal Responders (a family member or relative that lives nearby) or emergency services to come to your aid, based on your needs. |

Follow up procedure:
The operator always follows up to make sure that help arrived. |
