Live 24-hour Emergency Response Services
Our onsite Emergency Response Center is staffed by medically trained personnel 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We communicate your vital medical information to emergency responders as required anytime, anywhere, in over 140 languages.
Live 24-hour Family Notification Service
Our family notification service will notify your family or designated contacts after we have communicated your vital information to emergency responders. This service lets your family know of the situation and where to meet you.
Emergency Medical Information Record (EMIR®)
A comprehensive emergency medical information record with unlimited updates supported by our trained member services associates. You can feel confident that each update will be reviewed by our trained staff who understand the importance of listing the right medical conditions and medications. You can update your information any time you login to your secure online account, 24 hours a day.
Emergency Wallet Card
The wallet card lists additional medical information and contacts, which you may want to share with your doctor(s) and emergency responders so that you don't need to worry about all of the necessary information. Your wallet card is personalized and includes our live 24-hour emergency response number.
MedicAlert Medical ID
High-quality MedicAlert medical IDs are recognized by emergency responders around the world and include free personalized engraving. We warranty the workmanship and material of your MedicAlert medical ID for one full year from the date of purchase. If you have any problems with your MedicAlert medical ID, send it back to us and we'll repair it.
Document Storage Center
You can store and access digital copies of your medical and personal records in a single secure location 24 hours a day. By consolidating and organizing your medical records you will have a more detailed knowledge of your own health information, allowing you to have greater control over your own care.
You can collect your vital medical records from healthcare providers with a personal fax number (Document Center number) that converts faxed documents into digital files. Your Document Center number also serves as a voicemail message system, allowing you to receive confidential messages from your physicians and store them electronically.
How MedicAlert Gold Works:
1. You are assigned a unique Document Center number (DC#) that can receive faxes and voice messages.
2. You or your physician fax important medical or personal documents to your DC#.
3. The document is converted into a PDF, easily viewable through your web browser, and routed to your personal Document Center.
4. An email notification is sent, informing you that a document was received in your MedicAlert Gold account.
5. You log into your MedicAlert Gold account to view your new document and file it into any of your 16 customizable folders.
With MedicAlert Gold, you can take control of ALL of your medical information, even if your medical history is scattered among physicians, insurance providers, or specialists - wherever they may be.
