24-HOUR EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICE

The MedicAlert Emergency Call Center is on duty 24 hrs/day, 365 days/year, to ensure your health will be safeguarded in any medical emergency. Every MedicAlert member receives this service.
   

SECURE ONLINE ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL HEALTH RECORD (PHR)

Control your Personal Health Record by registering your membership at www.medicalert.org. You can update your personal information, your medical profile or purchase additional products any time you log in, 24/hrs day.

Our Member Services Contact Center is available to help update your file, order a new product, renew your Membership or simply respond to your questions.
   

FAMILY NOTIFICATION SERVICE

MedicAlert knows your well-being affects people who care about you, too. In the event of an emergency, we will notify your family or designated contact.
   
MEDICAL PROFILE & MEDICATION DOSAGES
MedicAlert provides you with a personal health record summary of the medical profile stored in your personal health record, including the prescribed dosages for medications you take regularly. Always refer to this personal health record summary when you need to make changes to your medical profile or update your dosages. No charge for dosage services.
   
MEDICAL DEVICE INFORMATION
Surgical implants and other medical devices can impact emergency medical treatment. MedicAlert Advantage Membership enables you to store your device information, including manufacturer, model and serial number, along with your medical profile.
   
MEMBERSHIP ID CARD
Members are issued a Membership ID Card, which includes your name, ID, personal health record summary on the back, and MedicAlert's 24-Hour Emergency Response number.
   
EFFECTIVE SERVICE
MedicAlert jewelry has been widely recognized since 1956. MedicAlert works closely with emergency response personnel to ensure they will look for your MedicAlert bracelet or pendant should you be involved in a medical emergency.
   
PERSONAL HEALTH RECORD SUMMARY
Your personal health record summary shows all the information stored in your personal health record. Refer to it when you need to update your personal health record.
